Thermostats. The part you actually touch.
Honeywell Home, Nest, ecobee, & the thermostats the equipment makers build for their own systems. We set it up on your phone before we leave, no manual.
What we install
- Honeywell Home. The whole line, not just the T series. T4, T6, T10, the Lyric & the round ones. Most of them connect to the First Alert app, so your temperature & humidity are on your phone.
- Google Nest. Learns your schedule & runs from the Google Home app. Installed & paired to your phone before we go.
- ecobee. Room sensors for the bedroom that's always hot. Works with Apple Home & Alexa. Installed & paired before we go.
- Brand matched thermostats. Trane, Ruud, Daikin, Carrier & the rest make thermostats for their own equipment. On a variable speed or communicating system that is the one that unlocks everything the unit can do, so it is the one we recommend.
The Honeywell app
Most Honeywell Home thermostats connect to the First Alert app. Temperature, humidity & the schedule, on your phone from anywhere. We set it up before we leave.
The First Alert app on a Honeywell. 75 inside, 55% humidity, cooling to 75. This is what you look at instead of the thermostat.
When the thermostat is the problem
Blank screen, batteries. Reads 74 while the house feels like 80, bad location or a dead sensor. Short cycling, sometimes a thermostat set up for the wrong system. It is the cheapest part of the system & the first one we check.
Some of it
HoneywellHoneywell S1200, installed for a remodel. WiFi, app control, remote sensors. T4T4 Pro. No WiFi, no app, no nonsense. Set it & forget it!
