- Tenant buildouts from plans: duct, grilles, linears, controls, permit, inspection.
- Split systems for offices, condos & more.
- Quarterly or twice a year maintenance, readings on the unit.
- Diagnostics at $125 regular, $160 after hours. Written price before any repair.

Retail, restaurants, offices, you name it. We work off the plans, mark up the ceiling, pull the permit & meet the inspector. Grilles, diffusers & linears are part of it.
