AirCare. Your AC, looked after twice a year.
Two visits a year, $135 each, billed when we come. If your drain line clogs between visits, we clear it free. If it breaks, you're first on the list. No contract, cancel by calling.
What you get as a member
- Two visits a year. One before summer, one in the fall. We put them on the calendar so you don't have to remember.
- Drain lines guaranteed. In SWFL a drain line that's left alone will clog. If yours clogs between visits, we clear it at no charge.
- First on the list. When it breaks in July, members get the first open spot.
- A detailed system report every visit. Every reading off your unit gets recorded, so you can see how it's doing from one visit to the next.
- No contract. Billed per visit, nothing up front, cancel with one phone call.
The math
A car driven 15,000 miles a year runs around 400 to 500 hours. An AC in Southwest Florida can run 3,000 hours a year or more. Nobody would skip an oil change on a car that ran that much, & an AC is the same idea: clean parts last longer & cost less to run.
The drain line guarantee is where it shows up on the bill. A clogged drain after hours is $130 just to diagnose. On AirCare, a clog between visits is cleared free.
What a visit is
- Coil checked & cleaned if it needs it.
- Drain line flushed, float switch tested, pan checked.
- Capacitor tested, contactor checked, amps on every motor.
- Refrigerant readings against the nameplate.
- Filter included. If you keep spares on hand we swap all of them, & we can get you more at wholesale cost.
- Thermostat, airflow at the grilles, readings left on the unit.
For businesses
Restaurants, offices, retail, high rises, you name it. Commercial AirCare starts at $350 a year & covers the same checklist on every unit, rooftops included. It costs a little more than residential because commercial work comes with paperwork: we write up your WCC & COI for every job. We can come before you open or after you close.
Why two
Spring is for the summer that's coming. Fall is for the drain line & the humidity that never left. One visit a year catches half of it. Need more than two? We can add visits at an extra cost, like quarterly visits for commercial systems that need them.
